Young Talent Academy

The future never looks brighter than when it is seen through the eyes of the young. This is why Richard Mille has teamed up with the Young Talent Academy. This extraordinary operation began in 2018. With Birel ART, the brand launched the initiative, the aim of which was to detect young talents, at the same time creating a real bridge between karting and cars.

Thanks to the support of Richard Mille, Birel ART has taken up the challenge of creating a real bridge between karting and F4. After a rigorous selection procedure at the Bugatti circuit, the French driver Enzo Valente stood out. His participation in the 2019 French F4 Championship is fully supported under the colours of Richard Mille.
A few days after the selection organised at Le Mans, the Richard Mille Young Talent Academy unveiled another of its objectives, this time in karting at Lonato. In a similar procedure, six girls aged from 13 to 17 were assessed to form a two-driver women's team for the 2019 international season. Brazilian Julia Yaoub was chosen to wear Richard Mille's colours in Junior and the Spanish driver Maya Weug was selected in OK.

The Richard Mille Young Talent Academy opens many doors to the future. Thanks to the involvement of Birel ART’s worldwide distribution network, the operation offers twenty or so young kart drivers from around the world the opportunity to try their luck in single-seater cars for free.
